single, jewish, and an only-child from Marblehead, massachusetts.
I serve as the west coast extension of my Bubbe (yiddish for grandmother), the matriarch of our extended family. Jewish guilt is real - but so is the support of a tribe.
I've got great parents.
They set me up for success, continue to teach me about unconditional love, and grounded me with important values, including "don't be a dick."
I spent 4 years working in public health.
Primarily focused on tobacco-prevention and cessation, both in Vermont, and around the country. I'm trained to look at human behavior with a critical eye.
Much of that work focused on the risk factors facing LGBT young adults; spoiler-alert, there are a lot of them. I spent 4 years learning the individual motivators from LGBT intersections and the evolving landscape of gender identity and sexual orientation.
I began working in cannabis in early 2017, and maintain clients in that space. we produce beautiful, thoughtful, and impactful work together.
As a nascent industry, there's a lot that can be done to build a better future for a huge american and global opportunity. I'm proud to be a part of it.
A MARRIED, GAY, BREAKDANCER (epileptic) FROM LUFKIN, TEXAS
I am the youngest of four children, and my siblings are my best friends! It kills me that I am so far away from them, but our love transcends any distance. They completely support my passion for cannabis, the plant that saved my life.
I’M A LIVING KIDNEY DONOR
In 2010 I donated my kidney to my best friend’s young cousin, and it forever changed the path of my life. I am the first “out of the closet” gay man to donate a kidney. Fun Fact - Everybody has two kidneys, but you only need one!
LIFE BEFORE CANNABIS
I grew up working on the family ranch caring for plants and animals. Much of my education, training and understanding of the body stems from my years working in emergency veterinary medicine and as a veterinary medical and business consultant.
